How publishing to XE.gr works

Tick XE.gr on a listing, or on many listings at once from the list. Available and reserved listings go up within a minute of saving, with up to 30 photos. Sold, rented and withdrawn listings are unpublished by themselves, and a listing for sale and for rent becomes two ads.

Each listing has an XE.gr box with its ads, how long they stay live and anything XE.gr refused, with a button to send it again. The XE.gr card shows how many credits your xe.gr account has left.

What goes to XE.gr

  • The listing’s price, areas, floor, bedrooms and other details
  • Up to 30 photos, in your order
  • XE.gr details beyond the listing’s own fields: heating, frames, floor types, and for land the town plan or frontage
  • Auctions with their date and opening bid
  • The publication type, Basic, Gold or Gold 365, and whether it renews
  • The right xe.gr profile when your account has one per branch

Exact or approximate location

XE.gr needs every listing on the map. When you set a listing’s location to an area within 250 m, 500 m or 1 km instead of the exact point, it shows on xe.gr in a rough area only, the same as listings entered on xe.gr by hand. Anything XE.gr needs and the listing lacks, such as the floor or the plot area, shows on the listing before it goes out.

How to get connected

  • Sign in to xe.gr with your company account and add EstateCRM under Account settings → Applications
  • XE.gr tells us your account and we link it to your agency, usually within a working day
  • Turn on XE.gr under Website & portals and enter your realtor profile ID and a contact already verified on xe.gr
  • Tick the listings you want on XE.gr

Do we need our own xe.gr account?

Yes. Listings are published in your agency’s xe.gr company account, with your own credits. Estate CRM sends them there and keeps them up to date.

What about Spitogatos?

Spitogatos is being connected. Until then you can publish to XE.gr, through the Kyero and Estate CRM XML feeds and on your own website.
