Questions agencies ask
Is the whole app in Greek?
Yes. Every screen, e-mail, notification and PDF brochure exists in Greek and English, and each person chooses their own language. Listing texts are stored per language, and clients receive e-mails in theirs.
Can we bring our existing listings and contacts?
Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel file (Greek or English column headers are recognised), check the mapping and a dry run, then import. Photo links in the file are downloaded for you. Duplicates are detected, and a second import updates instead of copying.
Do you publish to XE.gr and Spitogatos?
XE.gr, yes. Listings go straight into your agency’s xe.gr account and are published with your own xe.gr credits. Every change follows within a minute, and sold, rented or withdrawn listings come down by themselves. Spitogatos is being connected. For property in Cyprus, Bazaraki is connected too. You can also publish through a Kyero XML feed, an Estate CRM XML feed and a website API, and portal enquiries sent by e-mail are turned into leads automatically.
Where is our data, and who can see it?
The service is hosted in the EU. Every agency’s data is separated in the database itself, not only in the app. Inside your agency, roles decide who sees and changes what — agents can be limited to their own clients — and changes to listings and contacts are logged. You can export all your data at any time, and if you leave it is deleted for good after 30 days.
How does pricing work?
You pay per user per month, and yearly billing costs less. New agencies get a 14-day trial of Professional with no card. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
Can we connect our own website?
Yes. On Professional you get a website API key: your site can show your listings and new-build projects with the same filters as the CRM and send enquiries straight into it. On WordPress, our plugin does it with shortcodes — no coding.
