This website uses cookies that are not strictly necessary only with your consent. When you first visit, a banner asks you to Accept all, Reject all or choose under Settings. Until you choose — and if you reject — no analytics or advertising script is loaded and no such cookie is set. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and closing the page without choosing counts as no consent.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw it, we delete the cookies listed below from this site and tell the tools that consent is no longer given.

Google Consent Mode
We use Google Consent Mode (version 2). Every Google tag starts with all consent types — analytics storage, ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation — set to denied, and they change only to what you allow. Google’s scripts are loaded only after you have allowed Analytics or Marketing.
Only after you consent is data about your visit — pages viewed, device and browser details, an online identifier and your IP address — sent to Google Ireland Limited. Their group companies may process it in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. See the Privacy Policy.
Live chat
This website and the app show a chat button. Nothing is loaded from the chat provider, tawk.to, until you press it. When you do, tawk.to’s chat window loads and sets the cookies it needs to run the chat you asked for, so they do not need consent. You can use the site and the app without ever starting a chat.

2. The Estate CRM app (app.estatecrm.cy)
The app uses only cookies that are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep your account secure. They do not need consent.

The app also keeps a few preferences in your browser’s local storage — your interface language and calendar display choices. They never leave your device and are not used to track you. The app has no analytics or advertising cookies. The live chat works as described in section 1, Live chat.
3. Share pages and viewing forms
Listing pages that agencies share with their clients, and viewing forms sent for signing, set no tracking cookies. They set only two strictly necessary cookies, a session cookie and a security token, which protect the enquiry form and expire after 12 hours.
4. Changes
If we add a tool or cookie that is not listed here, we will update this notice and ask for your consent again before using it. More about how we handle data is in the Privacy Policy.
